"This location apparently can also be an extended stay I'm assuming. This isn't made clear in the listing. The only reason this is important is because they don't provide maid service, which in and of itself isn't a big deal. Where it became a problem is we had a unit with a full kitchen, thus we produced some trash that needed to be taken out. First, there was only a small trashcan I the bathroom as you would expect, however there is no other trashcan anywhere in the unit. Being it has a full kitchen I would expect a full trashcan to take care of trash. We also ended up taking our trash to the dumpster ourselves several times to prevent it from building up. We used the paper bags we got from our Walmart order as trash bags.
I would have also liked another mirror outside the bathroom. Our room slept 4 people so it would have been nice to have a second mirror to be able to be used while someone else was still getting ready in the bathroom. This is however, just a personal preference.
Lastly, twice my husband had to ask for the lobby music to be changed. The first time was a song that repeatedly used the F word. The second was a song that used the Lord's name in vain. Both times the staff easily obliged. The first time they switched the music, second time they turned it off. This was disappointing to have to do at what should be a family establishment.
The place was beautiful and clean. We especially loved the local coffee always on hand, the fire in the common area."
