“The front desk person checking in was super sweet. However the breakfast left a lot to be desired. No milk for cereal and hardly any choices. The door for our room was very finicky with the lock on top wanting to fall off and the door had a lot of dents.”

“This property is located along the interstate, not really a desirable area, no restaurants around, nothing to see or do. I didn’t appreciate putting down a security deposit as I already had it paid for. Breakfast was a bare minimum.”

“The inside definitely looks better than the outside, but it could use some maintenance. It isn’t a cleanliness issue so much, but more of an outdated and needs some upkeep. The room wasn’t bad. We did book a room with a king size bed and they gave us a queen size bed, but that was fine. The pipe under the sink leaked some and the shower definitely needed hardware repairs. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but for the $250 price we paid for the night, I definitely would’ve expected better.”

“Rating the room 1 star. The room was spacious but bare because of the lack of seating. The room lacked basic amenities such as phone, Kleenex, iron, or hangers. Mattress and bedding were heavily stained. Floor appeared clean but was very sticky. The bathroom overall was very unclean and run down along with hair over all the towels and wash rags. Flies all over the lobby Lots of shady characters in and out all night and to top it all off the room had roaches!”

“Barre minimum in room. No microwave or hair conditioner. Pool was cloudy and burned nose. Breakfast was so so. Many times staff was nowhere to be found. No closet. Had to have a passcode to use lobby restroom. Messed up our reservations. Just not good experience. I expected more for $160 per night.”
