“There was no hot water and within an hour after checking in, I found bed bugs in my room.”

“The check in took forever as their system is slow. I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bathroom light did not work. We were told that they have no maintenance on site. When asked for another room they stated that they are booked. After me pushing they gave us another room. Well I booked king bad and ended up with 2 doubles. The breakfast is average.”

It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. There was no one at the desk for checkout so I just left. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good.”
