“Room was quite small, but adequate. Bed was clean and comfortable .Shower and bathroom were very good. We would have liked to have a small fridge in the room.”

“We enjoyed our stay, good breakfast and dinner, staff are helpful, will go back there again. Good location and good scenic view.”

“Booked a deluxe room for 2 nights. Allocated a substandard room, needing refurbishment, tired with curtains hanging off poles, dark and dingy with broken tiles in the bathroom. Staff in denial initially, eventually moved into another much better standard of room. On our departure we had no hot water. Breakfast was a poor experience too with staff in addition not informing us that Breakfast started later on a Saturday. So no breakfast that day due to our departure time. However, we attended our...

“Street is missing a trick. The town is crying out for a great, modern hotel with the facilities to challenge what is currently available - it would be an absolute winner. I chose Mullions simply because of the limited options for overnight stays in the area. Unfortunately, the room itself was incredibly tired. I was met with broken furniture, dusty bedside surfaces and lamps, and a distinct smell of damp in the bathroom. Worse still, while the towels appeared clean, they carried a noticeable...

“David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“Een fijne locatie midden in het centrum van Glastonbury. Een aparte ervaring om in een 15e eeuws gebouw te slapen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed verzorgd ontbijt, schone kamers.”

“Good location and value for money Good for an overnight stay centrally located in wells”

“The room was very basic and the WiFi was poor or non existent.”

“프리 조식이 만족스럽고, 가격대비 준수하고 훌륭한 호텔”

“아주 만족스러움, 객실도 넓고, 기본 프리워터, 웰컴 기프트까지 아주 좋은 숙소엿음”

“The place is just a nicley kept pub, with a very good food and drinks menu + some kraft beers, our room was a little small but was clean with tea and coffee making facilities, breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful, yep we would stay there again, but in a larger room.”

“Beautiful room with all that I needed for my overnight stay. I dined in the restaurant, and had breakfast, and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend the Belland Crown.”

“Lovely staff who go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Lovely location and very peaceful, food was very decent.”

“Everything about the Hotel was excellent. Lovely, friendly, very helpful staff, compty bed and room, clean and with coffee/tea/biscuits provided. Breakfast was first class, trout with poached eggs were perfect, Trish went above and beyond to help us with my disabled husband, she even collected our cases from our room and a staff member took and loaded them into our car. Would certainly stay here again.”

“We love the Gainsborough Hotel and it's somewhere we've visited on more than one occasion, due to the mineral pools that are part of the hotel's amenities. However, for the first time in our many visits, we were asked to pay an extra amount (£70 per person for 2 hours) to use the pools outside the guests' complimentary hours of 8-10am and 7-9pm. For four people, this would have added an extra £280 to our bill - rather a lot when the hotel rooms are already fairly expensive. This relatively new...
