“The whole experience was tainted by the poorest cooked $70 filet steak dinner. Asked for a medium rare and got well, well done steak. “The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door.
