"The La Quinta Inn and suites in Jonesboro, Arkansas is a great property!! It is a gem located near other competitor hotels, but stands out because the La Quinta inn and suites is a new build with excellent and clean features!! The front area staff was very nice and informative and helped With my reservation that was booked on Expedia. The breakfast was excellent as always!! "

"First the lobby was nice. Customer service was polite and friendly. I found the area safe felt safe as a solo traveler. Security over parking lot. Lot is small, parking is tight. Bed were very comfortable several pillows from soft to firm good to know. Pretty clean hotel but I am a clean and osha inspector in building g so I find items dirty most would not overall no hair nor dirty floors. Furniture had some scratches but it is a dog friendly hotel so dogs can do that. I did not any bad smells...
