"The room was beautifully decorated, large, and very comfortable. Lunch was excellent at the bar I look forward to returning to this beautiful and serene sanctuary on top of the mountains!"

"The location is excellent for the families visiting Carlsbad Caverns. The only restaurant close to the hotel closes at 3pm so travelers should be prepared to drive a bit. The breakfast offered by the hotel is very basic, cereal, coffee juice and muffins. For the price, comfortable beds and clean."

"NoTV cable was out, brekfast was basicly dry cereal and one donut left in a box of what at one time might have been a dozen, no glasses in the room, plus numerous other minor oversites."
