“We had absolutely the Best Service We have had in many Years. There was on glitch. the Desk Lamp worked the first night then did not. I asked the Housekeeper for a new bulb but that did resolve the issue. It was on a weekend and no Maintenance Staff on Duty at the time I reported it.
