"I couldn't believe the desk chair in our room was leather but, was ripped and terribly worn. The wood flooring in the restroom in our room was loosecwhen walked on."

"I only stayed booked the room becaue I had an event the next morning and I did not feel like driving from royse city to muenster TX the day of the event. After seeing the poor condition of the room and shower, I would have gladly saved my money and drove the 114 mile trek the day of. Years of no upkeep shows all throughout the property. Ice machine doesnt work, shower head and drain covered in grime. Plenty other hotels close by that are better maintained."

"They asked for a 100.00 deposit when we arrived. And I have yet to receive it back."

"The couch in my room had a big dip in it and it was very hard to get out of the hotel was clean, but it needed a lot of TLC. I asked when I got to the front desk if I could get a hotel room close to the main lobby or the elevator if we had to go on another floor and she told me no that my room was down by the exit door."

"It was so amazing the house gorgeous the host her and her husband's amazing chefs super sweet so kind we felt right at home we will be back "
