“호텔 아주 예뻐요. 리셉션에 있는 분들 모두 친절합니다. 룸 컨디션이 별로라 얘기했더니 바로 방 체크하고 바꿔줬어요! 특히 Diana가 아주 친절했습니다! 근데 수영장음 생각보다 더러워요. 물도 흐리고 나뭇잎이 너무 많이 떨어져 있었어요(이 부분은 충분히 호텔에서 관리할 수 있는 부분이라 아쉬웠어요) 수영장에 음식 주문하는 시스템이 멕시코 사람들에겐 대응이 빠른것 같운데 저에게는 엄청 느리게 대응하고 갔다줬어요.
그리고 호텔에서 불러준 택시는 더럽고 가까운 거리인데도 우버의 세배 요금을 불러서 관광객에게 바가지 씌우는게 너무 극명하게 보였네요! ”
“El baño estaba muy sucio, la ducha no funcionaba correctamente y la ropa de cama estaba sucia. El lavabo no drenaba bien y no había nevera en la habitación. Incluso colocaron té que ya había pasado su fecha de vencimiento.

“예상보다 아구아스깔리엔떼스에 일찍 도착해서 오후 1시즘에 체크인을 했는데 방이 있다고 해서 편하게 있을 수 있었습니다. 지난 번에는 저렴한 가격이라 이비스 버짓 호텔 아구아스깔리엔테스에 묵었었는데 오후 2시에 체크인을 하려하니 3시 이전에 방키를 받으려면 요금을 내야된다 하길래 굉장히 웃기다고 생각했었는데 피에스타 아메리카나 호텔은 굉장히 서비스도 좋았고 고급스러움에 위치도 좋아서 너무 만족스러웠습니다.”

“The hotel is literally 2min from the airport. Really new and clean.
Only downside is that there is nothing else around the hotel. You have to drive to the main city for entertainment or dining ”
“The most exceptional hotel experience! This hotel doesn’t disappoint! Super clean hotel rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was welcoming and friendly. There are several eating options nearby within walking distance. And my son loved the indoor pool with its warm inviting water. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the past during our travels to visit family, and this is by far the best hotel in San Luis Potosí.
