"This was my family’s second stay at The Grand Palldium in Costa Muejeres. It truly feels like a paradise away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The grounds and the property are beautiful and well-manicured. The spa was extraordinary - the hydrotherapy circuit was refreshing and relaxing. The services were comparable to a high end spa. I had a facial that left my skin looking fresh for days. To get around the property there are golf carts and boats. My family had fun picking which way to travel when going anywhere on the property. The staff (95% of them) are very caring and helpful. They are very hard working and the housekeeping staff was also constantly cleaning and available (we needed the rollaway bed made up; they were there within the hour). Our favorite was a boat captain named Arturo. We would cheer when we saw him and he always had a wide smile for us and a jolly laugh when telling us stories. He felt like part of our vacation family. Thank you to all the staff for creating a great experience for us and my 2 boys. "

"Everything is excellent!! From the staff to all of the amenities! The breakfast buffet is absolutely the best we've ever had! Manuel was the best concierge!! The jungle pool was amazing with all of the lush landscaping. All of the pools should be landscaped as such! "Outstanding service and attention to detail Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. As frequent travelers who don’t typically choose all-inclusive resorts, we were genuinely impressed by the quality, service, and attention to detail. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained, and we especially loved the bracelet key system—it made everything simple and stress-free. Communication was also excellent throughout, with staff speaking great English, which made the experience seamless for both of us. What truly made the difference was the staff. Jesús (concierge) was outstanding and made our stay incredibly relaxing with thoughtful, personalized touches. The food concierge team—Alvaro, Sebastian, and Ruth went above and beyond managing allergies and even customizing dishes so we could fully enjoy the menu. We also had wonderful experiences with Martin and Paris (Il Botacio), Xiunel and Aide (Mar House), and a fantastic Teppanyaki dinner thanks to Elias and Bogart. Paola (yoga) brought great energy, and Kevin and Jhonathan (pool service) were consistently attentive and friendly. Their efforts truly made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this resort and would gladly return."

"All meals are eaten in the buffet. Even though there are 3 other restaurants on the property you have to make a reservation and those are limited based on how many nights you are staying. While making a reservation she will try to get you to go to their sister location and listen to an hour plus long presentation. The property and beach area is small. I liked the evening shows and activities throughout the day. We always seemed to be able to find a lounge chair by the pool or the beach. Our room was cleaned daily. You basically get what you pay for."
