"Rooms are big, clean with comfortable bedding. Resturants, bars and entertainment teams are well managed and courteous in performing their jobs. Several Resturants have experience dinner night which were different and well presented with good international food and drinks. Sky lounge has infinity pool with amazing view of the beach and excellent fresh Sushi served after 5 pm daily. DJ music played nicely at center court every night before variety entertainment show time. Check in staff at all levels need coaching and better customer service. Hope they can be trained more for good hospitality. Thank you."

"My husband and I stayed in May of 2026. This is a new resort, and we were told that it had only been open 4-5 months from resort representatives. I booked a privilege swim-out suite for what I consider a hefty sum of money for a 7 day stay. The suite was to have a fully stocked mini-bar, king bed, and a bottle of top-shelf liquor. When we arrived, we were told that they did not have any king beds available and they had a room with two doubles beds however they could be pushed together. We tried that but ended up sleeping uncomfortably in one double bed because they were not attached to each other and shifted too much. The room was also missing the bottle of liquor which never arrived. The room was nice, but not what I would consider premium compared to other resorts we've stayed at. The bathroom was small the room service food was horrible and limited to the amount you could order. Several of the restaurants were closed as were a couple of privilege areas during our stay. Restaurant food was good but not great. When we checked in, we were asked to attend a presentation about their "vacation club". If we attended, we would get free massages. During this presentation, we were shown what a "real" privilege room was with the king bed, a larger bathroom, and other amenities. I felt at that point in time I had been a victim of a bait and switch situation where if I was part of their vacation club, I could have the true amenities of the room I had booked!"

"Resort was awesome! The hospitality was amazing-our butler Lalo was incredibly nice and always made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Restaurants were amazing as well and there was a bunch of variety to pick from cuisine. Definitely a great pick if you want a relaxing vacation and appreciate some delicious cuisine and great hospitality!"

"Reach out to the staff ahead of time and ask about the most popular restaurants. They do fill up fast. El Gaucho is a must and the cabaret show is just as hard to reserve. Bali beds fill up fast as well. The staff will bend over backwards to help you, just ask."
