My wife and I visited this resort for a mother's day weekend. We loved it so much that we are planning to go back for are 36th wedding anniversary. We've never given a review before but this one we felt we need to mention how great it was for us: Service staff, front desk, room, pool, restaurants, bars. It is recommended for family for kids, for couples, friends, etc. May 20,2024

El Hotel Villa del Palmar en Cancún en general, fue una buena experiencia. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, con playas hermosas justo al lado del ferry, lo cual facilita las excursiones a Isla Mujeres. Las instalaciones son limpias y bien mantenidas, y el ambiente es muy agradable. Especialmente quiero felicitar al grupo de salsa Son Clave, quienes hacen un trabajo increíble animando las noches con su música. Loui y Suse, la pianista, son particularmente destacables y lograron que nuestras veladas fueran muy especiales. Sin embargo, hubo algunos aspectos que podrían mejorar. Uno de los inconvenientes más notables fue la situación en la piscina. Observé que los trabajadores reservaban las camas bajo techo para ciertos clientes. un detalle que me incomodó fue el hecho de tener que firmar constantemente recibos, incluso habiendo pagado la opción todo incluido. Esto interrumpía la experiencia.También noté que no hay un bar en la piscina. En resumen, el Hotel Villa del Palmar en Cancún es una buena opción para unas vacaciones en familia, con algunas áreas que podrían beneficiarse de ajustes.

Staff all across every area were great! All service at all restaurants, bars, poolside, room maintenance, beach clean up, etc., all was excellent. Location was beautiful. Had room issue at first with other guests in our room, but it was resolved within an hour. In the meantime we were given wrist bands to enjoy amenities as we waited. Room was spacious, got a great room upgrade. VIP service throughout our stay. I’d like to give specific names for good service, but my list was over 30 people long. I’d definitely return to Villa Del Palmar.

Beautiful location, clean and gorgeous place. Food is great and the staff are friendly and attentive. It’s our 4th time here and definitely won’t be our last. The beach is the only con, wish it would be nicer. Isla mujeres is a short ferry ride away though! Very family friendly!

Great location. Easy access to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and easy Uber ride into Cancun. Every staff member without exception was friendly and kind and helpful. Food is top notch- and I am a picky eater. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Service! Raymundo, Alejandro, and Carlos are some of the best bartenders as well, treated my group like family. The resort had amazing amenities, will come here again!

Quiet small property. All restaurants are close, hence don’t need to catch a ride w/ golf carts. Not much for kids to do. Little to no night shows
