"The check in was easy. However there was a nasty smell. The smell lasted the whole trip and was very nasty. The room was nice and we were upgraded for free. You could not drink until 11am. They didnt even offer mimosa at breakfast. That was horrible. Then they stopped serving alcohol at 11pm. That was even worse. It forces you to go off the property if you wanted to drink. The food selections were not varried. The swim up bar has wrist bands in it and was not cleaned. The swim up bar was at the little pool and not the big one."

"This was a second stay for us at the Iberostar Cozumel. This time was a mother/daughter trip, although each of us had been here on previous separate trips. We've been to Mexico countless times and stayed at many all-inclusive resort. The rooms here are clean and the beds are comfortable-I was actually ill the first time we stayed a few years ago and was so grateful for the bed. The rooms in general are spare with just a very small table and 1 small chair plus a TV on a dresser. The bathroom was well-equipped with a nice shower and good towels. There's a nice deck in front with chairs. The food at the buffet was good, not great but good variety. The Mexican restaurant was good, but the smokehouse/BBQ food was very disappointing. The snack bar at the beach was a mix. Average food, but good for a late afternoon snack. It was kind of disgusting to see a small flock of little birds eating from the ice-cream dispenser, literally sticking their beaks into it (Avian flu? Germs?) Perhaps a netting could keep them away. The pool and beach areas were both mostly clean, and my one big complaint from both visits is the lounge chairs are never washed. Many of them are covered in tons of bird droppings and unusable. I don't know why they can't be hosed off every morning as I've seen done on other resorts. We didn't view any of the shows, so no comment on that. The people who work here are super nice, helpful and friendly. Erica from the restaurant visited with us twice."

"The hotel, grounds, and pools were beautifully maintained. The ocean view room was amazing. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Minimal wait times for drinks and to be seated at restaurants for dinner. Food was very good with many choices. Would definitely recommend!"

Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"We recently stayed at the Family Selection section of Grand Palladium Kantenah and had a great overall experience. The resort is beautiful, very tropical, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The Family Selection service made the trip feel more comfortable and convenient, especially with the family-friendly amenities and quieter atmosphere. The food overall was very good for an all-inclusive resort. The buffet had plenty of variety, and our favorite restaurant was definitely La Paisana — the food felt the most authentic and flavorful during the trip. The à la carte restaurants were decent, but we felt they could be a little more consistent in quality and service. One of the biggest surprises was the Bravo Show. We didn’t expect too much at first, but the performances, music, and energy were much better than expected and became one of the highlights of our stay. The pools, beach, and resort grounds were all excellent, and the staff were friendly and hardworking throughout the vacation. Overall, Family Selection provided a very enjoyable and relaxing family experience with good food, great entertainment, and a beautiful resort atmosphere. We would definitely consider coming back again."
