"The room and the view were very nice, except for the broken window. Seriously one of the windows was barely attached and hanging out of its opening. It was covered by curtains so we didn’t notice it until an airplane took off and sounded like it was right outside the window. I called the desk and they offered us another room with 2 full beds instead of the king we booked so we just kept the room, it was our anniversary. I had to stuff our beach towels into the gaps around the window to keep the noise and humidity out. He said they would have someone come up and look at it in the morning, we stayed 3 nights, no one ever came. Other than that we had a nice stay and would consider staying again."

"This is a very beautiful resort everything was so wonderful I had a great time here the rooms were cleaned daily and they make sure it’s really clean when you come back you can just relax in a nice room the staff are wonderful they helped us out a lot with any issues or questions the pools were amazing loved the slide it was an overall great experience"
