“No hot water in room 204. AC smelled bad all night and it kept waking me up at night. Need a few upgrades but good enough for the price we paid just for 1 night to sleep close by the airport the night before our flight (coming from La Paz 2hrs away). Pool was nice (not big at all like in the picture). I’m 4’11 and the entire pool I was on my tip toes. Breakfast was mid. Had Mexican option bf, waffle maker, cereal, toaster etc. it’s good for 1 night but I wouldn’t stay for an actual vacation spot...

“Good option for the price”

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...

“It is a good property and the rooms are good, the staff is very professional, and the restaurant is very good. there is no nearby store or supermarket within walking distance. No free water in the room, and to buy bottle of water it costs $6. the prices are like US prices so every thing is expensive. No beach you can use, there is a very small sandy beach but in order to get there you have to climb 90 stairs and the water is filled with big rocks not suitable for swimming.”
