"We stayed for one night as part of a road trip and could not have picked a better location. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was well located and had access to local restaurants as required. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and at breakfast and enjoyed all the food."

"This hotel SUCKS!!! It smells like animals and the hallway smells like marijuana. You can hear the drain whenever someone use the restroom. I do not recommend nor will ever come back."

"If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Phone service is iffy until you get to the road (1/3 mile away) but there is host supplied internet for phones, etc. Our host, Dave, is very personable-- super guy. We stayed there while doing a tour of Tennessee state parks and this B and B is conveniently located for that. "
