“The room was set up for one person, even though we booked for two. Requests for a second towel were ignored. I found a second pillow with no case and a second duvet with no cover. I hope they wash it all thoroughly. The tap in the bathroom leaked onto the countertop. I don't know where the water ended up. Nothing to dry dishes, aside from the second duvet.”

“좋았던 점과 아쉬웠던 점은 아래와 같습니다. 1. 조식 메뉴는 풍부했습니다. 또한 조식 시간 외에 투숙객들은 생수와 커피, 티를 언제든지 로비에서 이용할 수 있었습니다. 2. 화장실 바닥이 전열이 되어 있어서 따뜻했습니다. 3. 호텔 주변에 슈퍼마켓, 쇼핑몰, 베르겐 기차역과 공항가는 트램 정류장이 매우 가까웠습니다. 최적의 위치입니다. 4. 주변 명소 (브뤼겐, 수산시장, 전망대 등)는 모두 걸어다닐 수 있었습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 조식 메뉴가 매일 동일하다는 것과, 샐러드 야채 종류가 다양했으면 좋았을 거 같습니다. ”

“호텔 체크인에 1시간 가까이 지연되었어요. 셀프 체크인 머신이 에러가 계속되어 콜센터에 연락을 30분 가까이 했는데 전ㅅ져 응답이 없었습니다. 다른 투숙객의 도움으로 1시간여만에 체크인 할 수 있었습니다. 다수 툭숙객들이 체크인 과정에 붙편을 겪었다고 했습니다. 그러나 룸 컨디션은 괜찮습니다. ”
