"First off, the communication from the shuttle bus driver was excellent, and his customer service skills and professionalism were top notch. Once we arrived to the hotel, the staff picked up from there. Our check-in was seamless, useful information was given, and our bags were taken care of quickly. The breakfast was a bit of a Mediterranean Continental style, but it was more than enough. I must add that it was nice to still be able to eat well after 10am and my wife loved the cappuccinos. All in all, a great stay, made better by a great staff! I would definitely book again if I am going through Turkey."
