"Staff was terrible we arrived at 3:30 and our room wasn't ready, we were told it was 10 minutes when we finally got our room it was 4. The rooms air did not work nor the TV. We called and they said they would send someone. No one came! At 8pm when we left the front desk said maintained man had already left. There was no way to get the soap out of the body wash in the shower nor conditioner. Over all I want a refund. We didn't sleep because the room was hot. We couldn't even watch tv when we got back. "

"I have been visiting this place for 3 years now and I especiallylike how the location of the hotel is conveniently close to everything; the beach, restaurants, and even the airport. The only critique that I can share is that the place needs restoration, for example new beds and some doors fixed. You can tell that these buildings were once in better condition."

"This is an old hotel and we were disappointed in this property, which supposed to be part of the an Accor group. The room was ok, but bed had no support and was lumpy, the linens are poor in quality (sheets, pillows and blanket) and the towels were non-absorbent. We heard planes until the late hours of the night and there was a party somewhere in the hotel with heavy bass music and lots of people yelling. If any of these things are important to you for a good night’s rest, take a pass! "

"El hotel es cercano al aeropuerto . Muy útil si uno tiene que quedarse un día o pocos días en Miami. Nos fue de gran utilidad que tuvieran una suite para llegar con mi esposo y mis tres hijos. Es decir 5 personas. El desayuno muy completo y rico. La suite estaba grande y cómoda , al igual que el baño. La quinta cama era un sofá cama y si sugiero que lo limpien. Estaba muy sucio cuando mi hijo le puso las sábanas "
