“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“Great location, room and breakfast”

“Staff was friendly and attentive, had an issue with the A/C and someone came right up to help with it. Room was clean and very nice. Good breakfast.”

“Staff went above and beyond. John and James (shuttle drivers) were so amazing and kind. The check-in and out staff were wonderful and so helpful. And even the maintenance man was awesome. Thank you all, I hope to stay here again.”

“Loved the large rooms. the staff was helpful. The only two things I would improve: 1. the valet area is small and not terribly convenient 2. the diffusers/scent might be a little strong. It smells nice, just intense. A wonderful place to stay in Cleveland, food was excellent.”

“Good 👍”

“Location.”

“이전에 묵었던 다운타운 호텔 대비 주변이 안전하고 분위기도 좋았습니다. 조식 포함 요금이었으나 비행편 일정으로 인해 즐기지 못해서 아쉽습니다. ”

“It's the same as everywhere: Prices raised for a sporting event, the proverbial "shakedown". And for the price, it was just "ok", nothing spectacular. The associate at the desk at check-in was professional and helped on a few issues.”

“시설이 오래된 느낌은 있지만 잘 관리된 것 같습니다 무엇보다 방이 굉장히 넓네요”

“Great staff! Great room!”
