"The hotel was great value. It was very comfortable and convenient to get to the Albany International Airport less than 10 minutes away ."

"We had a nice stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Troy. Not sure we felt totally safe in that neighborhood. Other than that all was well with the staff, service and accommodations."

"The staff at the front desk was great. However, Hotels.com booked me a room and they did not have it available. She did upgrade me for free which I appreciated until the room I got had windows that howled as the wind blew and kept me up all night. The cleanliness of the hotel has gone down drastically in the last few years. It’s a shame they took away the hot tub. The back staircase was filthy and the Management needs to do a better job making sure the place is clean. There were nasty stains on the toilet seat and stains on the wall."

"Keep looking! Lots of work being done on property. No signs on building stating name. Restrooms in lobby dirty. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. We checked in and promptly checked out. "

"Well the jacuzzi wasn’t working which was the prime reason for getting this property, the pool was cold. They did have a very good free breakfast buffet! No real restaurant to really speak of and the bar opened late. "
