“The hotel was convenient to the train station. The hotel staff were very friendly and were readily available. The room was ok but we did find half of a women’s swimsuit tucked in our couch. Also the room had no microwave. It only one bottled water and only enough coffee for one nights stay. They charged $5 for a coke from their market and had removed all the vending machines so you had to pay this crazy price. There was no complimentary breakfast.”

“Building was older, but rooms were clean and updated. Beds were very comfy! Staff was super friendly and nice. Very close to Loyola and not far from Northwestern.”

“The staff was wxtermely unaccomodating. The internet was not working but she did not even call maintenance or the manager to solve the issue”
