"Staff made this hotel shine. Very friendly and seemed well run. The beds were comfy, the hotel quiet. 4 starts as fitness room was a little rundown, no breakfast included (usually holiday inns include breakfast). But it overall a good place to stay in Evanston- would definitely recommend and stay again "
