โAmazing - if you are interested in the last few hundred years of U.S. History, I'd put this one on your list of places to visit. Just a great experience. Out of the innumerable artifacts dating back to the end of the 18th century, I particularly was taken back by the original copy of a page from April 15th, 1865 - I didn't have time to see everything. The property's stewards will most likely offer a tour and they are really nice folks. I thought this location was aggressively under priced. โ
โHotel appears to be recently renovated, furniture in excellent condition, above average bath fixtures, excellent soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion dispensers.
Room overall very clean, bed linens excellent, very good lighting in room. Wifi worked with no problems.

โWe loved the No Vacancy. Our room was individually decorated, the parlor area was relaxing and loved the bar with it's Wednesday night, very diverse salsa dancers. The bar tenders were so friendly and led us to a jazz bar for some Kansas City Jazz. We just may return.....โ
โNice clean rooms wish it was a bit bigger ! Upstairs neighbors(4th floor) Iโm on 3rd really obnoxiously stomping and loud all day and evening ! โ
โThe staff is amazing. They showed us a few other rooms as well. They are getting ready to start a full renovation. We got to see the bridal suite and it was truly amazing. We loved our room, we will be going back again next year for our birthdays. โ
