“Great choice to stay at the Radisson in Corning, NY. Check in receptionist was engaging and efficient. Within one block of the main hub of downtown with wonderful selections of dining, shopping, arts, and culture. There is a real good live band. And, there is a top celebrity in the building somewhere. The place is as clean as a whistle. My room is quiet. What more could I ask for?!”

“Great place to stay when in Rochester. Great location in the suburbs of Pittsford, bordering Brighton. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and the flagship Wegmans grocery store all within close walking distance. ”
“I booked rooms with breakfast included.
However, we needed to ask for breakfast coupons each day.
What was even more outrageous was that at the end of my stay, I was charged for a 'service' fee for each breakfast. The funny part is that the service fee was different for each day.
I was told that the hotel staff would notify the hotel manager and give me an e-mail but I never received an e-mail from the hotel.”
