“Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Room was gorgeous and very spacious. Hotel was gorgeous, breakfast tasty. Nice touch having a tunnocks tea cake and wafer in the room. Wish we could have stayed for a second night.”
“This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking.
This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.
Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. When we checked out, I had the email confirmation from Expedia which stated it had been...
“A great hotel about 15 minutes drive from Brodick. Great staff, views, food.
The only thing which took us slightly be surprise is the decision not to put TVs in the bedrooms. That’s almost certainly in the description but we missed it!
Hoping to go back and stay again in the future. ”
“The hotel owners/hosts, Sharon and John were very welcoming and friendly including Sharon offering to drive me to a local restaurant and later coming back to collect me. The Continental breakfast was generous, varied and more than enough to satisfy and set you up for the day!
When I am next in that area, I’ll certainly book to stay at the Ashbank and shall make the recommendation for others to do so too!”

Be mindful that the road can be twisty depending what direction your coming from, but your on the right road as your wifi might go on maps , but you can still see on the map if you look ahead that your going in the right direction 😉 ”
