โThe Marlborough is a pub with tasty food and about five rooms for overnight stays. The staff is outstanding and does everything possible to be helpful. It is on a central street of a very small town, so it can be a bit noisy during the day and early evening, but is quiet at night. Slight downside in that we were kept waiting to sign in. Disappointing that mostly the flowers on display were artificial, despite having a cut-flower garden outside.โ
โThe staff were very helpful from the moment I arrived. I needed to book an additional night and thought that might mean a different room for two nights as Expedia said they couldnโt do at their end. They were very accommodating and gave me a room upgrade which was lovely. They carried my luggage to my room. Breakfast was amazing. Servers were friendly. The front desk agent arranged transportation for me when I left. A very pleasant stay. โ
โLovely place to stay, got plenty of fore warning that their lift was down. Comfy bed with extra pillows. Everything was clean and fresh. Right on the high street so very convenient โ
โUpon arrival I was met with nice friendly staff. I had my wedding reception here so I already knew the place was top notch. Brilliant hotel, throughly recommend. If I could pick one issue is that the wifi wasnโt the best and didnโt really work. โ

โNice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out.
Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new.
The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants.
Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots)
Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan.
