Yoyr property initially seems great. But then you let crazy people take over the common area and shout into ththat they should have already disposed of, with people begging for cigarettes. With you or ignoring the rules that the door facing the back lot is locked at 10:00 p.m., yet you never do it.. Maybe it's a fault of upper management. I really think it is. This could be a great place to spend a night or a week but the lack of senior management Lets it or down.
Is this a property you want to manage long-term? Or a cut and run venture. Because my experience over the last 8 days indicates that you are targeting the latter... There are so many things wrong with this property, some of which you could address, some of which are based on the building design, like Windows that don't block that noise from lending aircraft. You built a property adjacent to aircraft runways, but you didn't think that triple pane, windows or some others are sound. Sound deadening would be needed. You didn't think that the 5000 W lights in your parking lot might necessitate blinds the apartments you rent?
I really expect this feedback to fall on deaf ears. No upfront meant to deaf people. . Just seems that these people are more deaf than thatln deaf... But I doubt any of this will get through to the owners of this property. I have more suggestions, like a hook f"
