"The front desk lady said she was the manager but she did not have any tag on it with her name and no description she was the manager, she came up to us with a really bad attitude saying we leave a mess in the pool that we didn’t do that, and in case we did it she don’t suppose to came with that attitude and there were more people in the pool why she have to said it was us? Im really disappointed with her way of behavior. She don’t suppose to be working in there with her bad behavior with customers there is ways to talks to clients even though im paying my money and i pay really expensive for a upgrade that she promised it have a sofa bed and it didn’t. Really disappointed hope they find who is."
