โSeascape is a very nice place for relaxing and enjoying the keys. Close to everything. Place is very clean and the beach is beautiful. We took out the kayaks and went around and that was fun, we also used the bikes and enjoyed that. They let you borrow chairs and sunscreen pool toys, also the pool is very nice and clean. The safe is friendly and they talk to you and can give you a lot of advice on things and places to go and do in Marathon. Had a great time no complaints. Go and have a relaxing...

โStaying on a houseboat was a really neat experience! We reserved the "family houseboat" and it was more spacious than I thought it was going to be, especially the bathroom (which was very important, since four people were sharing it). I recommend motion sickness remedies if that is an issue for you. โGrassy flats resort and beach club in marathon Florida is an absolute gem! Most of the rooms have a tranquil beautiful blue Altantic view and are very clean. The staff is attentive and hospitable. It has several restaurants with amazing food options. It has two pools, one for families and one adult pool. There are also many activities right on site like kiteboarding. I highly recommend this gem of a resort! โ
โThe property is in a great location and has good amenities like pool and if you stay free kayaking, paddle board and bicycles the only probrem i has was the parking because is not assigned and if you arrive late you have to park far away and carrier everything to the roomโ

Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. This is expected in this structure of home.
