"When I had to change rooms because the second story rooms had four stairs after coming out of the elevator and you have to have your own luggage. Unacceptable for my age of 76. This was not revealed until after check-in.
I had two days during windy, rainy days to stay in my room with no TV because they said bad reception. It was not bad reception. All the other rooms had reception. It was my TV. Unacceptable.
When I changed rooms and extended two more days, the next day, I was told that the room change went through, but not the two days extended… Agent at the desk didn’t complete her efforts. I had to keep going back-and-forth and back-and-forth to the front desk to get things straightened out, unacceptable."
