"It was very clean and nice. Stuff were very proactive and nice. I love the service. Breakfast is included it wasnt much option for breakfast. I mean they provided coffee, two kind juice and Honey bun. But overall I liked staying here for cleanliness and beautiful room with amenities."

"Immediately left after checking in. The floors were covered in stains and the room smelled like vomit. There was also a strong smell of marijuana and urine in the parking lot. Would rate 0 stars if possible. "

"This was not a good experience. They gave us a dirty room where the beds had been remade after someone without washing and there was food on the floor. We had to request a new room which was better but still not great. The front staff was helpful and pleasant but I would not stay here again."

"Was great! We were in town to watch MudMonsters play at Trustmark across the street. Was awesome for location. The only thing that would have made it 5 out of 5 was if the hot water was hotter. It was warm but wish it had been hotter."

"Great property, friendly staff, convenient location just off I-20. This is our 4th stay at this property. Recently renovated (as of 05/2026). Property management MUST walk around with a punch list. Not super important to our stay, but the brand new faucet in our room was leaking (poor installation). Took a while to locate our room because the number fell from the wall, the lobby elevator buttons were pushed through the sheetrock, limited parking since the back side of the property was littered with shipping containers, and a couple of guests took up two parking spaces. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was unable to locate the owners of the vehicle because they do not log guest vehicle tags when they assign room numbers. Aside from the minor issues, our stay was comfortable, the property was quiet, and the breakfast was great. We would certainly stay there again."

"Very basic hotel with bare bones furnishings in the room, NO BREAKFAST or even coffee in the morning. Room was clean, towels were old. Bring your own shampoo!"

"We were in Jackson for the Mississippi Makers Fest. The hotel was located right in front of the Two Mississippi Museums where the event was held. We had an overall great experience."
