After a long day of travel we were meet by friendly staff who checked us into a very comfortable, clean room. The pool was great for a little relaxation. In the morning we had a wonderful breakfast prepared by Velma, an exceptional person!

This hotel was located right off of I-40. It was easy to find. The area is well-maintained. Check-in was slow due to computer issues. We were also unable to connect to WiFi for several hours. We did eventually connect and service was fine. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. Our biggest complaint was that the AC was adequate at best. We had it set at 68° and it should have been chilly but it was barely comfortable. The room also had a very musty smell. Breakfast was good. Beverly did a great job keeping the area clean and the food stocked. It was an ok place to stay, but I would have expected a bit better for a Hilton brand.

We arrived on Fourth of July in the late afternoon and it was extremely hot outside. The air conditioning in our room was already set to cool, so the room was at a comfortable temperature. There was a canopy over the entrance, which was helpful when loading the car on a rainy morning the next day. The beds and pillows were comfortable (a little soft as we like it) and the room was clean.
