“2nd time staying here (used to from liver aboard). Amazing hotel and from the front desk staff, to airport pick up person and bellman and staff at Tree house. The welcome drink is sooooo good!!”

“My boyfriend lost his pendant while getting a massage, the staff was great but the owner, Martha’s daughter was vile and not accommodating and even tried accusing us of smoking when there was no proof, the cops came and they also did not smell smoke. We had to get another hotel because this was a terrible place to stay.”

“This was such a lovely stay! My partner and I stayed here for the carnival weekend and would definitely do it again. The location is perfect, you can easily walk into downtown if you like and that morning sea view is amazing! Breakfast was always very nice and we even got Belizean fried Jacks on Sunday. Rooms were comfy and the host was the kindest lady and very helpful with suggestions. There is parking available on the property so if you are driving it is very convenient.”

“The room was large, bed was comfortable. The property was very close to nice restaurants. What was a bit disconcerting was that the Lobby was 4 floors above a business place and guests had to share the same space with office workers. But it was good value for money.”

“I stayed on Sunday and had a comfortable stay overall. The bed was comfortable, and the check-in process was courteous and welcoming. One area that could use some attention is the shower head, as it needs cleaning or servicing to allow the water to spray properly. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.”
