“The room was fine. Built in 1904 so it is what you would suspect. Pool was full of leaves. The caretaker greeted us and told us she would prepare breakfast (frittatas etc) for us and we would eat around 8:30am-9:00am. We were downstairs around 8:30 and no sight of anyone. Two other couples came down and we waited until 9:45am. There was no “we are working on it or anything”. Actually no noise from the kitchen at all. All three couples left looking for breakfast.
