โLove this place. Within easy walking distance of Broadway. The public library, a must visit, is just a block down the street. And the food truck in the parking lot nearby was the perfect late night stop when wandering around from being out on Broadway. ;-)โ
โClose to the action. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. Check in was easy and pleasant with the staff going out of their way to assist us. Pool area was clean and the water was cool and refreshing. Bartenders were a little unfriendly and not very socialable but did not ruin my stay. We stayed in a suite that was perfect with bath and a 1/2 and sofa bed that fold out into a bed. Restaurant was good for breakfast and lunch. Will be my go to hotel in Nashville. โIn general, it was nice place to stay.
There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
No help, No support and care, No interest.โ
โBedding was so comfortable might be a little too soft for some but comfortable for sure! Staff were friendly and quick with providing anything that I needed. I cannot say enough about the nice time that I had. โ
