"Very nice place ,clean, safe, had no issue at all. Easy walking distance to Broadway, the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame. It's close to the action but far enough away to not hear all the noise. Next time we are Nashville, we will stay here again."

"Gorgeous room, shout out to the front desk, Nora and Mitchell. Breakfast was incredible, 5 stars for the variety, it's not just your usual boring American continental breakfast! A rotation of chicken tinga, pulled pork, and chorizo hash for your breakfast burrito. Will stay here again if ever back in Nashville. I didn't use the kitchen amenities, but it was well stocked with utensils, pans, etc. Note: the lobby is on the 11th floor Now, for the PSA, the drop-off roundabout is not a great system. They won't even allow you to stay in your car while you wait. When I got picked up, we were stuck because it's a one-way single lane only. Someone is leaving and has luggage or children, hold your breath, cause it's going to be a while. Of the three elevators, the stand-alone one smells like a dumpster at times. They have a Happy Hour on their roof (lobby level), but they don't allow you to go directly to it. You have to go downstairs, walk next door to the Canopy, and take their elevator up. If this is the case, then advertise it as so. I was stopped by a rude person "Where are you going?" working the late shift. I didn't know better, due to one guest saying she was allowed to go straight to the roof."

"My experience was great the only issue I had was the wood half ply toilet paper. I understand you go through a lot of it but I think dollar store toilet paper was better than this stuff. The only other thing was breakfast. It was really nice to have this instead of just an orange and muffin like some places but it was virtually the same every single day all week. I know you have to buy this stuff in bulk but maybe a change up here and there would be great"
