"Staff were accommodating and pleasant. Room we had was dated and had a smell. AC was not quite working well for the size of the room."

"50% corkage fee for delivered food is ridiculous, especially when the in house menu is twice the cost of the same thing one could order. Make sure you save your receipt for the corkage fee or they will deduct it from your 2k deposit (!!!). If not for proximity to the US embassy I would have stayed somewhere else. "

"Front desk staff made the stay, very helpful. Position of the hotel was good for exploring all points of interest. Room was comfortable, bathroom needs an update but for the price i was very happy I stayed here. Id definately stay here again. If you want somewhere quiet to spend sometime in the afternoon check out Paco park. Easy walk from the hotel. "

"This hotel has trained their staff to money grab from any tourist that walks in the door. Once you step out side you are greeted with people asking for money. I recommend you stay well away from this hotel "

"We stayed here for 5 nights and cannot fault this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a good variety of dishes including a chef ready to cook your eggs, your way. Located in Chinatown, when walking outside there was obvious poverty but at no time did we feel unsafe. A short walk away was the Lucky Chinatown Mall, where we had many options for restaurants. Street food is also available."

"Yes, breakfast was great - a lot to choose from. Service was great. Very pleased with everyone from the front desk to servers everyone was pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend to family and friends and definitely I’ll be back to stay here again. "

"It was the pool which was disappointing. It was also a health club so sometimes you use the pool until noon as it was full of very loud children The staff by the pool were not that attentive. The champagne bar restaurant was excellent. Breakfast very mediocre."
