โI stayed at this hotel for two nights on September 30 and October 1. The experience on the first day was good. But the problem occurred on the second day.
When I came back to the hotel on the second evening, the room was not cleaned at all. The towels were not replaced at all. When I asked the reception, I heard that I would have to pay an additional 5 dollars to clean it. I didn't get any advice beforehand. It was a very disappointing experience. I hope everyone else will be aware of this.โ
โI never expected the comfort Iโve found. I just had any idea the price is so great. I just figured it would just be well. I didnโt know what to figure but people are so nice and the rooms are cute and so clean and itโs quiet and you know what I rebooked the bed is comfortable. The showerhead has so much pressure Best showerhead and it looks like a plain old showerhead is just pressure water pressure people great There is a few things that you just need in Hotel so itโs here.โ
โOrange Grove Inn was perfect for our need. Basic room. Basic bathroom. That's why the price was so reasonable because I don't need a living room with a couch. I was surprised how large the bathroom was. Only thing is the AC was super loud going on and off all night waking me up at times. I did my laundry there since I stayed 7 nights, and the laundry room was super clean, nice, and met all my needs. Staff was so kind, accommodating, and respectful to guests. I highly recommend Orange Grove...
โI enjoy staying at this hotel when I visit Knotts Berry Farm. I will continue to stay here if they keep running the operations as it is. Good staff, safe location, easy parking, close to the park. Great dining options without having to leave the property. โ
โHighly recommended! The location was perfect. Close to I-5 yet on a quiet street. Shopping and restaurants close by. The suite was very nice... neat, clean, very spacious. The pool area was nice. On the 2nd floor there was a really nice large outdoor patio above the pool with plenty of comfy furniture and tables and chairs. Good variety for free breakfast. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. Good free parking. There wasn't anything lacking. One of the best places we've stayed. Thank you...
