โGood location in centre of town and easy parking at rear of hotel. Dinner here was excellent and good value for money. Our room was a good size and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would just say the hotel could do with a paint refresh, but it is an old building

โGreat traditional English B&B in the country close to main infrastructure. Staff are old school polite and friendly. Building has character and works well. If you like the old English. Country feel this is the place for you. โ
โLoved staying here, such a nice vibe and such friendly staff. I felt like I was staying with family. Room was immaculate and I really liked the dรฉcor, felt so cosy. Had dinner in the pub downstairs and the food was delicious. Thank you so much Megan for being so lovely and helping me carry my heavy things in.โ

โ Alovely lovely place to stay and we Will stay again ,loved that the floors are wonky but what do do expect just full of character loved it . A heads up my partner is 6ft the shower was a little on the small size .. the room was slightly smaller than we expected . The people are lovely canโt fault it at all , food was lovely enjoyed the crab especially โฆ it was b+b shame we were not offered a cold takeaway brekkie as sadly we were leaving before breakfast was served . โWe stayed in the Chinook suite and it eas beautiful. Original wooden beams, and original features which really emphasised and complemented the deisign of the room. Wonderful staff and just lovely service โ
โWhat a lovely gem of a place which was so welcoming and provided simply the best breakfast you could wish for. What with their own chicken eggs, sausages and fresh home baked bread, you can't go wrong! Janet is a lovely lady who likes to make you feel very welcome. I will be re visiting for sureโ
โWe had a lovely stay for a couple of nights while we saw family. We enjoyed a meal when we arrived on the Monday evening which was lovely but the portions were large.
We decided to have the Continental breakfast on our last morning which is all self service with a lot of choice. The staff were very attentive.โ
