“Amazing property!”

“Well appointed room. Awesome automated toilet. Shower/hot water excellent, only missing a shower wand and the should have added a few more places in shower for personal items. Despite having no front desk, their communication exceeded most hotels.”

“The breakfast was cold and a bit pricey at $65. It included 2 cups and an egg, but the OJ didn't seem freshly squeezed. Also, I thought it was supposed to be included with my roommate’s order. I would have eaten elsewhere for that price. I emailed the hotel never heard back and disputed the charge with my credit card company.”

“We felt spoiled staying at the Bath Street Inn for our two nights in Santa Barbara! The staff members/innkeepers were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was divine, cake with tea/coffee was delicious at 4 pm, and wine (!!) at 5:30 pm. We appreciated the Victorian building and decor which referenced the late 19th century, and our room, the Rose Room, was tiny but rich in old world charm. I highly recommend this inn!”

“Palihouse Santa Barbara is a fantastic boutique hotel in downtown, offering easy, walkable access to State Street and the beach. The rooms are incredibly clean, and our room's balcony provided the perfect additional space for outdoor relaxation. The staff is wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Best of all, it is highly pet-friendly—our dog absolutely enjoyed the stay! It is a great spot to come and enjoy Southern California. Will stay here again!”

“트윈베드로 예약하였으나 체크인시 트윈베드는 없다며 킹베드에 간이침대를 붙여줬습니다. 트윈배드는 요청사항도 아니고 처음 예약을 그렇게 받았는데 없다는게 이해가 되지 않았고, 없으면 방을 업그레이드 해준다거나 할수도 있는데 그렇지 않았습니다. 호텔은 세 건물로 되어있는데 로비가 없는 쪽은 관리가 덜 되는 느낌입니다. 위치나 청결도 등은 좋았습니다.”

“위치 및 가격, 직원들의 친절 정도 등은 장점 하지만 주차비 별도($25), 심지어는 샤워타월을 돈을 받더라구요($2) 샤워한후 드라이어도 사용하지 않았네요 돈을 받을것 같은 분위기ㅠ.ㅠ”
