"The staff is top-notch! Very accommodating and quick check-in with a very late check-in and driving for hours visiting colleges with my niece! Love the area! Very safe and many food options and very close to the downtown historic area. Walkable with a 10-year-old and my 70 year old mother!"

"Noisy Room! The heater or ac kept making loud banging noises waking us up all night! Front desk is kinda useless. Room overall is nice. The pullout sofa couch was dirty crumbs and definitely not clean."

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I am not sure if you have to request housekeeping to clean your room but they never cleaned my room. I stayed from Friday to Monday morning. There was also a shortage of towels and wash clothes. Housekeeping staff was extremely overwhelmed and frustrated with management. Many were overheard complaining as I walked down the hall while they were cleaning rooms for more guests. The location was super convenient for Penn Relay events. I would stay here again, but request that my room be refreshed daily."

"Great hotel only had snacks in the lobby which were great HUGE tv to watch the game on I mean HUGE very nice hotel everything was on Point - parking is like 60 for 24 hours valet only which I feel Is kinda allot though BUT self park across the way is the same $$ soooo"

"Great hotel in the Philadelphia area, rooms were great, spacious, clean and so comfy. The staff was always willing to help and all so kind. parking was so easy we parked in the adjacent lot right next to the hotel, easy in and out. I highly recommend this historic beautiful hotel."

"Front desk man at.night was overcooked and the hotel was overbooked and its been a week and um still waiting for my refund, very nice plave but ridiculous to get a room there tells you multiple rooms are available but they have been sold out for hours bow while people are still buying for ridiculous prices and thinking they have a room waiting for them...ruined my whole honeymoon..."
