"Location is excellent. Large property. Staff were helpful. Comfortable room. Swizzle was very good. Could use more lunch options if you arrive in the middle of the day. Jockey Silks is it, kind of hard to find at initial arrival. Therema’s has grab & go. It’s okay for lunch. Restaurants are dinner focused. When large groups are there using the conference space get ready for long elevator waits. UPS store access in hotel is good for shipping home purchases (except spirits)."

"The property was lovely. The rooms were extremely clean, but what made my experience top-tier….. Were the employees!!! There were three people that I saw working during my stay. They were all African-American. There was a Lady, a younger gentleman and an older gentleman. All of them were just wonderful. I wasn’t a fan of the parking situation, but it was in downtown so it is what it is but due to how wonderful the staff was I’d come back again even though I didn’t enjoy the parking situation. But I will say the hotel is amazing and the fact that they give you a deal where you can pay $30 and you can go in and out all you want all day and night and not have to worry about parking so the hotel definitely made up for it."

"We loved our stay at The Brown Hotel! Charming older hotel. Restaurant/bars were wonderful, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Location was a little away from 4th St and Whiskey Row, but easy 1 mile walk to attractions. Highly recommend The Brown Hotel!"

"The only issue I had was I thought parking should be free especially with how much it cost to stay there. And no refrigerator in the room. But I will say the beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have laid on."
