The stay was great until the last day when I had to deal with the manager stating that my dogs were not serviced dogs and I had to pay for them. Still waiting for a refund and corporate office doesn't do anything about their employees. How you're treated. They don't care really either and it's not such a big deal that's refund. It's the point of how she was treated us talking down to us and then called me back thinking I was my daughter saying my daughter was walking back but I wasn't because I was fighting for my rights as a disabled person to be able to bring my service dogs at no charge. That's my right. So if you go here and you don't have to deal with the manager and you don't have a service, dog will probably be okay
