"We had a great stay. The resort was in a great location and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant/bar was perfect and offered drink service to the beach. The resort fee covered on-site parking and lounge chair/umbrella cost which was a great bonus. We will definitely return."

"Bedroom area was clean but the bathroom needs a deep deep clean, but probably some renovations. There was mold on the ceiling and other parts of the shower. I went to breakfast the morning of checkout off property and when I returned housekeeping had already entered my room and started resetting it before I checked out. That was a pretty big demerit in my book. The housekeepers were extremely apologetic and indicated that the front desk told them I checked out. The continental breakfast could definitely use some upgrades."

"Ok there is a lot this resort does right but can improve on some things. The activities for the kids are endless! Our group from 3-12 loved the waterslide on the beach & pool with the DJ/kids games was a lot of fun. The beach is beautiful and it perfect for young kids!! One of the biggest downsides is the elevators. They take forever to come and are often packed when you get one. I think this comes from the resort being older and not having any service elevators so the employees have to use the elevators as well which can often take them up. This resort is in need of some TLC as the rooms are dated and worn. The rug in our living room was fraying and some of the clips for the drapes were broken. Also during the stay my daughter had dropped a bag of chips in our room and while I did my best to clean it up there were still some small crumbs that needed vacuuming up. When housekeeping had not come by 3:30 I had called to check if they would be coming and was told that while they try to make it to every room each day they have been very busy so some days they have not been able to accommodate everyone. While they did come clean our room I do think this is worth noting if daily housekeeping is important to you. We did also find some dead bugs on the floor near the front window when we first got to our room so I don't think they do a really thorough job. Overall fun place but if you are expecting a higher end resort it is not for you. "

"There was no hot water when I checked in. Entire room was overwhelming with the smell of bleach. There was no option for housekeeping or any amenities. The WiFi would cut in and out when logged in. So I couldn’t get any work done and had to utilize the hotspot from my phone for stable connectivity."
