“It was my 3rd time staying there. It is convenient, the rooms are spacious. Highly recommend.”

“Great stay at Cross Suites in Asakusa. This is a fairly new property, so many taxi drivers aren't familiar with it yet. It had everything our family needed and in a great location”

“Excellent”

“Proximity to Tokyo Station and other metro lines is excellent. Was easy to access public transportation to access various parts of the city. We were a party of 5 adults, two using wheelchairs due to limited mobility. They had an elevator and the apartment style worked great for our group. A drawback is they only have an elevator to access the guest room floors. You can use stairs or elevator to move between street level and the lobby on the second floor, however staff told us there wasn’t...

“We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

“This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...

“Was a good room with a good amount of space for 4 people. I would go there again if I am in the Shinjuku area.”
