The staff is super friendly, the rooms are great and it was something great to me that the tv of your room had your name in the welcome message. The only thing that they need to improve is the breakfast, it'd be great if the buffet had more variety

Staff is wonderful and very accommodating, especially when calling Taxi's for guests. Breakfast is awesome and so full of many traditional options!

The fact that Hotel Europa is slightly off the beaten path (though ON the tram line) counts as an advantage. While I stayed at the Europa and enjoyed quiet surroundings, companions stayed near the Hauptbahnhof and had a terrible time with the noise of night-long partiers and seedy surroundings. As an experienced traveler, I've become very picky about the places I stay and felt the K&K Hotel was perfect. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and was very comfortable. At first the location seemed pretty quite distant from the ‘Old City’, however you couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel is within a five minute walk to the U-Bahn (6th train) which can get you to key areas of the city very quickly (Not even 10 minutes to the Marinplatz). Great place for a longer stay. Only thing missing is the air conditioning.

Though we were one of the first customers to stay in this new hotel, this hotel was amazing. It was clean, it was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. There were some areas where they were still putting on the finishing touches, but those areas did not detract from the stay.

Amazing restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast buffet is well worth it and a great restaurant for dinner upon arrival. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great location in a beautiful area!
