"Staff was friendly and accommodating! We extended our stay twice with no hassles. Parking was safe and secure."

"Good hotel, we stayed in a garden suite, and the bedroom was spacious, 2 comfortable chairs and a fab bathroom with separate shower, bath and 2 sinks. Liked the coffee maker as well as kettle and it had a fridge. Negatives: the pillows were really soft and they didn't have any other options. The main issue for me was breakfast: I had added to my booking that I was gluten and yeast free. However, the first morning it was not clear what of the hot food was gluten-free, and the chef came and talked to me to clarify. The bar menu has allergen information so why not the breakfast menu. Day 2, I really didn't fancy a cooked breakfast - so apart from fruit and yoghurt there was nothing I could eat. No gluten free cereal, crackers. The manager came over and said he'd never been asked before!!! Day 3, they had got gluten free porridge or granola. In this day and age I can't understand why there isn't more choice. "

"First day breakfast was sparse and no one to top up or tent Second day there was one person running around alone and by the time the food was topped up most guests had left The rooms were sub par , damp in the bathroom Lack of plugs and lighting in the rooms Gym is well equipped , the swimming pool is outdated Beautiful location and stuff over all very friendly "

"Great location. Lovely property. Pillows were awful and couldn’t get WiFi unless we paid for it (after 2 hrs) The information about the property was great. We would have expected a couple of washing machine tablets though But this did not spoil our stay."
