"8-night stay: The junior suite with two queen beds and a loveseat sofa was very spacious, and the cleaning staff was excellent. Lighting was one reading light per bed and overhead ceiling lights. A drip coffee maker was provided along with coffee. The bathroom was also spacious and provided large bath towels only (no face or hand towels). The location is between Coyoacan and Roma Norte/Polanco/Chapultapec on Metrobus Line 1, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the wifi in my room (1605) was so slow that websites timed-out—making it basically useless. I measured the speed near the door/bathroom at 0.09Mbps, but the signal was too weak to measure at the desk near the window. Other than restarting the router, it seemed the staff couldn’t do anything to improve the situation. WiFi was acceptable in the dining room and lobby (140mbps)."

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family. The property is beautiful, the staff were helpful (especially with a package delivery), and breakfast was really good. The only downside was the bathroom door, it’s clear with a gap that offers zero privacy. I specifically booked this room for the “separate bathroom,” but the door design makes that pretty meaningless. We stayed in Room Rivera, right across from reception; the first night was noisy, but the rest were quiet. Location was convenient, a 15-minute walk to Coyoacán Market."
