"WE STAYED IN ROOM 122 AND THE TOILET DID NOT REFILL ALL THE TIME. THE AC UNIT WAS NOISY. THE TUB WAS TOO HIGH AND NARROW."

"The pool was supposed to be heated but was really cold. Although the kids didn’t mind there wasn’t a hot tub for adults and it was far too cold for me and seemed like the other parents around me. The shower was extremely disappointing as well, the water never got hot. At best it was warm. We ate at landshark for dinner and the food was “okay.” I guess I just had higher expectations. For $100 more a night kids would’ve had a better time at Great Wolf Lodge."

"The toilet in our room had issues and flooded half the room. When we called for help we were offered a plunger and mop to clean the room ourselves, because the staff member explained he was the only one working. I ultimately asked for another room, in the process of the move the staff threw out our takeout from the fridge. "

"The entire property was among the best that I've been to. Staff was friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. The room was spacious, clean and the kitchen was well furnished. Breakfast had many options and of good quality. The room rate was more than reasonable. This was the most enjoyable stay I've had in some time."
