"When first checking in, we were given a room that was already occupied, we had to go back to reception to get a new room. It was a little scary that we had access to a room that was already occupied.
Our room was freezing, air conditioning was on and unable to turn off. Staff said heat was turned off and nothing they could do. No extra blankets as everyone was complaining that their rooms were cold. Shower stall is very small and waterhead is very low...had to duck to shower.
Our room didn't lock, we went to complain to front desk and they said that is an issue, usually with low battery and they would send a handyman but they never did. Don't leave any valuables in your room!!!!
Otherwise room was generally clean and good size fridge"
