“"The location of the hotel was convenient. However, the room had noticeable cleanliness issues. I observed several cockroaches in the bathroom and near the nightstand during my stay. The property requires better pest management." I also noticed the vent in the bathroom was louvered shut and needed cleaning inside the housing of the duct.”

“The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.”

“We had a terrible stay (after other fine stays) at this hotel recently. First, we weren’t able to check in until 5 pm. They “forgot” to text us that our room was ready after sitting in the bar for two hours. We only checked in because we went back to the front desk to inquire. Then, upon check in, our room smelled so strong of smoke that our eyes burned. We let the front desk know and the solution initially offered was to send a housekeeper to spray a strong smelling spray all over our room...
