"El hotel tiene un ubicación excelente. Las habitaciones son súper cómodas. El desayuno es bastante variado. El personal muy amable. Perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilos en familia. Súper cerca de Las Cataratas del Niagara. Cosas a mejorar: 1. Cuando entramos a la habitación el sofacama tenía algunas migajas de comida. Tuvimos que notificarlo e inmediatamente nos movieron a una que sí estaba limpia. 2. El rooftop necesita atención urgente. Las mesas estaban sucias, había cristales rotos, se veía descuidado. 3. Tuvimos que notificar que la basura no la habían sacado del cuarto hacia más de dos días. Lo notificamos en front desk y la respuesta fue que habían escrito que ya la basura había sido removida (lo que no era correcto)."
